Description
The Armstrong Board Shim sits between mast and board, creating a different mast angle relative to the board — a quick and easy way to change the feel of your foil setup. Useful for dialling in foot pressure, adapting to a third-party board, or tuning ride characteristics.
Choose 1° or 2° pitch, with or without the matching hardware kit. The shim-only options assume you already have suitable mast top screws to hand; the "With Hardware" options include the bolts you'll need.
Important: use longer mast top screws on the elevated end for a safe setup. Note from Surf Doctor: you'll need 2 × 30mm bolts to fit the T-nut with the shim.
