Description
The CRUX 7'0" is Aztron's mid-length soft top surfboard — long enough to catch waves easily and stable enough for new surfers to find their feet, but short enough to manoeuvre once you're up and riding. The soft top construction is forgiving on falls and on anyone unlucky enough to be in the way of a loose board.
A genuine learner-to-improver surfboard for paddlers crossing into surfing, kids learning, or anyone who wants a fun, mellow board for small-to-medium waves.

Technology
EPS foam core + 4mm IXPE deck: lightweight, easy to paddle, with a large surface area and abundance of foam giving a very stable platform for surfers of all ages to confidently ride waves and learn the basics.
HDPE slick bottom: the High Density Polyethylene base is extremely strong, impact resistant and weather resistant. It also keeps the board genuinely light, which translates to fast riding speed.
Wooden stringer inserts: the CRUX is constructed with double wooden inserts running through the core for extra rigidity and better performance — meaning it doesn't go soft on you after a season of use.
4.5" tri-fin system: screw-in, designed specifically for the CRUX. Perfect tight fit every time and easy to install or remove even with sand or water around.

The CRUX 7'0" sits in the middle of Aztron's soft top range. The 6'6" OCTANS (separate listing) is more manoeuvrable for smaller riders or punchier waves; the 9'0" CYGNUS is a longer, more stable wave-catcher. Call 01492 588001 if you'd like a steer on which suits you.
