The HM Carbon Mast, with its 14mm thickness, features a new integrated top plate and TITAN mast foot at the bottom. Combined with its full Monobloc construction, this design offers incredible rigidity and minimal drag, resulting in easier starts, immense glide, higher speeds, and exceptional connectivity between the foil and the board.

Constructed as a single piece using carbon pre-preg, the mast is molded and cured in one shot. Our SPINE internal structure ensures optimal rigidity and control while riding. The High Modulus Carbon (M40J) fiber layup follows F-ONE’s specialized recipe, optimizing both bending and torsional stiffness to keep you in control and comfortable in all situations and at high speeds. The carbon fibers are carefully distributed: lengthwise at 0° for bending stiffness and around 45° for torsional stiffness. This precise layup is finely tuned and optimized for each mast length to provide the best performance for each sport.

Available in sizes of 80cm, 85cm, 95cm, and 105cm, this mast is ready for all disciplines—surf, wing, kite—and particularly excels in downwind where glide is paramount. The newest 80cm size is specifically developed for surf foiling, offering better pumping abilities and reducing undesirable breaching of the wingtips on waves.

This mast is compatible with virtually all boards on the market featuring the Twin-Tracks system and can accommodate all wings and fuselages with the TITAN connection slot.
