Light and flexible, the CLASSIC features reliable C-FOAM neoprene, soft XTEND fleece, and SD2 taping only where it's truly needed. A no-nonsense front-zip wetsuit for riders looking for trusted yet accessible performance, built to keep you out there session after session.
Key Features
- Front Zip — fast, easy front-zip entry for maximum comfort while riding.
- XTEND Fleece — good thermal insulation where it's strategically placed, with one of the best drying times on the market. Lighter than a classic fleece for the perfect balance of flexibility and lightness.
- SD2 Tape — applied inside over the seams in the most critical areas (knees and crotch) to keep them waterproof and durable.
Technologies
Designed in 3D: rather than fitting 2D patterns onto a 3D body, Manera models its wetsuits in 3D and converts them into precise 2D patterns for the factory — giving a natural, second-skin fit.
- Warmth: no water entry, no air pockets.
- Durability: the neoprene is only stretched when moving.
- Comfort: no over-tight areas, comfortable armpits and crotch.
Strategic structure: seams kept out of tension and friction areas, stretched vertically rather than sideways, with reinforcement exactly where it's needed.
Reinforcement patches: highly durable patches at the critical junctions of multiple seams to prevent leaks while staying flexible.
Water strainer: a perforated neoprene panel drains water out of the legs instantly.
SD2 Tape 2.0: neoprene panels are glued and blind-stitched, then SD² tape is heat-welded over the seam for more durability, waterproofness and flexibility.
C-FOAM: limestone-based neoprene with an optimal warmth–stretch–performance ratio.
Classic jersey: recycled-nylon inner jersey for maximum stretch, lightness and a smooth, silky feel on the skin.
