Based on the successful ROCKET SURF PRONE platform, the FREE SURF CARBON features an elongated outline to aid take-offs, optimised volume distribution, and a precisely tuned rake angle that delivers balanced front-to-back foot pressure.

Reduced thickness enhances in-flight control, giving the board a locked-in, predictable feel even when pushing hard through turns.

Speed, glide and aggressive carving

A straight rocker line ensures smooth acceleration, while bevelled rails reduce drag on touchdowns and allow more aggressive, committed carves. A slightly flatter nose improves control and pumping efficiency, while the tapered nose and tail increase manoeuvrability and help prevent unwanted water contact during powerful turns.

A rear step and kicktail free up water flow and increase pumping amplitude, while the subtly widened deck improves foot placement and overall stability.

Compared to the FREE DOWNWIND, the FREE SURF CARBON is nimbler and more playful. Its tapered outline, reduced thickness and balanced foot pressure provide excellent pitch stability, even when driving hard at speed.

Constructed using HD Foam Carbon Composite, this version is exceptionally light and stiff, delivering a more direct foil connection and increased reactivity when pumping. While sharing the same proven shape and programme as the bamboo version, the carbon construction takes performance to the next level.
