Description
The Shark SUPs Speed Plus 14'0 x 24" x 5" is the narrowest board in the Speed Plus range — a serious 14ft race iSUP built for lighter, committed racers who prioritise raw glide and speed above stability. The 24" width is genuinely tight: this is a board for riders who already have race experience and know they want maximum speed at the cost of stability.
The 14ft length delivers the longer waterline that makes for proper race performance — meaningfully faster than a 12'6 over distance — and at 24" wide it's one of the fastest inflatable race boards available. Its 5" thickness is best suited to lighter riders (typically under ~75kg) who don't need the additional buoyancy of 6" thickness.

Construction
High-density 1000-denier double-laminated woven drop stitch (DLW Weave Tech). Carbon triple rail edge with welded rail technology, 3K carbon stringers top and bottom delivering 35% flex reduction. Patented 3K CFRP Carbon Nose Cone, flat 0% rocker, water release rail.
The 14ft length combined with 24" width and 5" thickness produces the most efficient waterline-to-displacement ratio in the entire Speed Plus range — every paddle stroke translates more directly into forward motion than on any wider Speed Plus.
Fin & cargo system
Smart-Tec click-in fin (US fin compatible). Multi-use D-rings, kickpad for step-back turns.

Honest advice from us
The 24" width is the most demanding board in the Speed Plus range. If you're new to racing, this isn't the right place to start — you'll spend more time falling than paddling. Step up to this from a 26" or 28" Speed Plus once you've got the balance dialled. If you're over ~75kg, you'll generally do better on a 26" or wider; the 24" gives lighter riders the speed advantage.
