Several deliberate design choices set the Yoga apart from a regular all-round SUP. The central carry handle has been removed — so you can actually lie flat for poses without a hard buckle digging into your back. The deck pad is larger and more spacious than a standard SUP, giving you room for full stretches, downward dog, and side-to-side flow. And the zoned design of the deck pad provides clear markers for body positioning — making it easy to check your stance and maintain balance without taking your eyes off your practice.

The Yoga is built using high-density 1000-denier double-laminated knitted drop stitch with a high-performance welded triple rail edge. It inflates to 20 PSI — high-pressure construction that delivers the stable, stiff platform genuinely needed for yoga on the water. Flex on a yoga board ruins balance; the Yoga is built to minimise it.

Honest advice from us

The Yoga is a specialist board — purpose-built for one thing and very good at it. If your primary use is yoga on the water and you'll occasionally paddle for fun, this is the right board. If you mostly paddle and occasionally do yoga, look at a wider all-round board (the 11'6" x 32" Cruiser Flow or similar) which gives you more paddling range while still being stable enough for occasional yoga sessions.
