Performer Mast Selection:

The Performer masts are meticulously crafted to optimize your performance. If you seek more glide, increased maneuverability, and prefer lightweight yet rigid material, the Performer masts are tailored for you!

Available Mast Sizes:

• 78 cm (-1° negative rake) for surf foil/downwind practice
• 85 cm (0° neutral rake) for versatile practice (Freeride Access/Freestyle/Race)
• 97 cm (+1° positive rake) for freerace practice
• 107 cm (+1° positive rake) for race practice

These masts are adaptable to all AFS ALPHA and PERFORMER fuselages, as well as the high-performance 'Pure range' of front wings with integral fuselage.

Mast to Board and Mast to Fuselage Connection:

The mast connects to the board via a Plate Head with an industry-standard width pitch of 90mm, secured by 4 x M8 CSK socket head screws 35 mm long, with flat nuts (supplied with the mast). The fuselage end of the mast connects through a Precision Moulded 4-way taper block, ensuring interchangeability among all Alpha or Performer Masts.

Evolve on the Complete Range:

The AFS ALPHA and AFS PERFORMER range features a single T-BAR/Fuselage design, allowing interchangeability of all masts and fuselages. Swap effortlessly between masts, fuselages, front wings, and stabilizers in the AFS Carver, Flyer, Performer, and Tracer ranges. The system also fits the Pure range, with a recommendation for use with AFS Performer and Performer UHM Masts for optimal performance.

Construction:

Made from pre-preg High Modulus Carbon in France, the foil is both stiff and light. The pre-preg fabrication ensures a perfect ratio of epoxy and carbon, guaranteeing optimum strength and durability. From mold machining to packing and shipment, every step is managed in-house in France, ensuring a high-quality process and a guaranteed finish.

The Pack:

The Mast is sold in its cover for protection, whether disassembled from the foil or attached to the mast. It includes mast-to-board nuts and screws.
