Every season, Carver introduces new innovative deck models with original templates and moulds. However, this time, we aimed to push the boundaries further, recognising the limitations of wood deck construction, including restricted compound-curve potential.With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we set our sights on creating the quintessential deck, featuring concave, nose, tail kick, and precisely placed wheel wells – a skateboard that even JPL or NASA might produce. Choosing Nylon 6, a material crafted from recycled fishing nets, was pivotal due to its specific structural properties, high mechanical strength, lightweight nature, and mechanical dampening qualities, allowing it to flex and feel organic like wood. No ordinary plastic possesses these critical characteristics.Carver's mission is clear – to offer riders the best surfskate deck available, providing an opportunity to save the planet and ensuring that your lines are cleaner than ever.

C7 or CX?

C7 surf trucks — the truck that started surfskating. The patented swing-arm front truck adds a second pivot, so you can draw out long, smooth carves, snap turns off the tail and pump for speed without pushing, just like working a surfboard down the line. It's the most surf-like feel Carver make and the go-to for surf training on land.

CX trucks — Carver's hybrid surf/skate truck. A lightweight reverse-kingpin design with Carver's patented geometry, so it still pumps and carves like a surfskate, but feels tighter and more stable at speed, landing airs and riding fakie. Expect snappier rail-to-rail response — a great choice if you also like parks, bowls and faster riding.

About Carver

Carver was born in Venice Beach, California in 1996, when surfers Neil Carver and Greg Falk got tired of waiting for waves and built a skateboard truck that could carve, pump and snap like a surfboard. Thirty years on, Carver surfskates are ridden by surfers of every level around the world to keep their surfing sharp on flat days.
