The FM+ Battery Adaptor creates a toolless, secure extension between the shorter FM+ batteries and the Fusion unit, so both the FM+ 650 and the FM+ 430 click into the system with ease.

Integrated quick lock tabs make fitting and removing the adaptor fast and intuitive, while keeping a solid, unified connection between the battery and the Fusion base.

It gives Fusion riders far more flexibility in how they configure a setup — from maximum runtime with the Fusion 860 through to the lighter, nimbler, more responsive feel of the FM+ range, all without changing the core system.

Expert Advice: If you bought your Fusion before 23 September 2026, this is not in the box — you'll need to add it to run an FM+ battery. Fusions supplied from the launch onwards include it. It's a small part with a big effect: it's what turns a Fusion from a single-battery system into one that can run light for a surf session or long for a downwinder.
