Honest advice from us

The Tovey Pro is a smaller, aerial-focused board for committed wake / tow / kite foilers. At 13 L it has minimum float — you need to already be confident on foil before you can ride this. For learners, the Flegel Pro at 19 L is the friendlier starting point.

Tovey vs Flegel. Both are Armstrong wake/tow pro signatures, both at £1,199:

• Tovey Pro (3'4" / 13 L) — smaller, more aerial. For riders chasing jumps, tricks and tighter manoeuvres.
• Flegel Pro (4'2" / 19 L) — longer, more float, more versatile. For wake / tow riders who want one do-it-all shape.

Who is this for? Advanced wake/tow foilers chasing aerial progression. Kite foilers wanting a compact, responsive board. Riders pushing pump foiling into the upper performance range.

Who isn't this for? Beginners (too small to learn on). Surf foilers (the Surf Foilboard is the right shape). Wing foilers (Wing FG is the right shape).
