Description
The SP is AXIS's compact surf-specific front wing — short, stubby, and built for tight turns and fast direction changes on small to mid-sized waves. If you're surf foiling and the Tempo or BSC feel like too much wing under your feet, this is the line you want.
The lower aspect ratio gives you forgiving lift at the speeds surf foiling generates, with manoeuvrability that mid-aspect wings can't match. Less glide, more carve.

Technical specifications
Construction: Carbon. Compatible with Red Fuselage. Variant screws: M8 × 20mm front, middle and rear (5.5–6 Nm). Use AXIS Stainless Screwset (AX22SSCRSET) or AXIS Titanium Screwset (AX22TSCRSET). Per-size dimensions sourced from AXIS official spec data:

Who it's for
Surf foilers wanting a wing focused on carving and quick turns rather than glide. Smaller sizes for stronger waves and lighter riders; 860 for mellower waves and heavier surf foilers.

Don't pick the SP for your first surf foil — it's a wing for riders who already have wave sense and want sharper performance from their kit. If you're new to surf foiling, talk to us about a BSC or larger Tempo first.
