Grease for the C7 truck Link Spring.

Grease comes in a 5gm reusable container which should be plenty for five maintenance sessions.

We recommend you service your C7 truck at least once a year (more often if skating in dusty/dirty areas).

To re-grease the C7 Link Spring first remove truck from deck, then remove the C clip from the spring bolt, then undo and remove Spring Bolt, Spring and Spring Nut. Clean out all the old grease and apply new and reassemble. N.B. be careful to avoid getting grease on the threads of the Spring Bolt or Spring Nut.
