The FBC Wing Waist Leash V2 is the 2025 update to FBC's wing belt, and the headline change is the Fidlock quick-release buckle. With a 130kg breaking strain it won't snap or come undone by accident, yet it takes one hand to buckle up or release.

The belt runs a high-tech Dyneema leash treated with FBC's own ‘Dyneema Defender’, which stops it clinging to Velcro and everything else in your kit bag. Paired with a swivel karabiner, it stays tangle-free through wave riding and freestyle, and the twin connection points mean that if the leading-edge attachment ever fails, the handle attachment has you covered.
