The F-One Phantom FCT is a brilliant all-round foil that will take you into any foiling discipline. Reliable, easy to use and well balanced, it offers smooth take-offs, progressive acceleration and easy pumping — ideal for beginners and intermediates progressing across wing, surf, downwind and even wakefoiling.

The latest construction adds an extra carbon ply to the durable FCT (Foil Compression Technology) layup for added stiffness and control, while keeping the foil tough and travel-friendly. It connects directly to the standard F-One aluminium mast.

Size guide

• 1280 — faster and more manoeuvrable, best in waves over 1m; suits lighter riders (under ~70kg)
• 1480 — the ultra-versatile all-rounder; surf, downwind, wing and wakefoil, and works in weak conditions
• 1680 — for lighter winds and larger riders; large, stable and still manoeuvrable
