• 3/2mm — UK water temperatures roughly 12-18°C. Spring, summer, autumn for most users.
• 4/3mm — UK water temperatures roughly 9-13°C. Spring and autumn around the UK; winter for warmer-water users.
• 5/4mm / 5/4/3mm — UK water temperatures roughly 6-10°C. UK winter standard for most surfers, SUP paddlers, and swimmers.
• 6/5/4mm — UK water temperatures below 7°C. Hardcore winter use.
• 2/2mm — UK water temperatures above 16°C (mid-summer only). For shorties, springsuits, zip-free tops.

The Guru+ Hooded 6/5/4 is for the coldest UK conditions — when standard 5/4/3 winter wetsuits aren't quite enough and you need the extra millimetre plus full head coverage. Worn most by women who paddle or surf through December-February in UK water. The integrated hood is a real warmth advantage over wearing a separate hood with a standard wetsuit (no neck gap, no water exchange). Two sizes left (MS and M) at a £77 clearance saving.
