Starboard's Enduro is the durable all-round paddle in the premium Prepreg Carbon line — same aerospace-grade laminate as the Lima and Velocity, but with a reinforced blade edge and layup optimised for everyday paddling durability over pure race performance. Enduro vs Lima vs Velocity
- Lima — all-round shape, the most-used Starboard blade
- Velocity — race-focused, narrower blade, faster stroke rate
- Enduro — reinforced all-round, most durable option, ideal for schools, clubs, or paddlers who leave the paddle in car boots and don't baby it
All three share the same top-tier Prepreg Carbon shaft construction. Blade shape and edge reinforcement are what differ.
Shaft options
29mm shaft diameter (standard). Choose between fixed-length (S/M/L) at £399 or 2-piece adjustable at £425. F35 blade angle for most all-round paddling, F40 for a more versatile forward-catch feel.
Honest advice from us
Pick Enduro if you want the premium Prepreg Carbon feel and stiffness, but you also want a paddle that shrugs off scrapes on rocks and beach launches. The blade edge is meaningfully more resistant to chipping than Lima or Velocity — worth the mental peace of mind if your paddle spends time in a school fleet or on a beach launch.
